Works in conjunction with the Project Manager in overseeing the construction areas.
 
Develops and maintains relationships with small, medium and large churches in the two counties witht he purpose of finding a new donor base, volunteers and/or committee members.
 
Seeks, distributes and receives applications for possible partner families.  Then selects the families who become partners with Habitat through the process of screening the applications; going on home visits to meet the applicants and witness current living conditions; and making sure necessary qualifying criteria are met.  Presents recommendations to the Board.
 
Guides for the partner families through the "sweat equity" and through their first year in their new home in a supportive and friend-like manner to keep the families on track and as a resource for the family through this time of change.
 
Responsible for accurate and timely accounting of Habitat's financial transactions, audits, reports and annual budget.
 
Committed to the ongoing growth and development of funds into Habitat through corporations, individuals, civic groups, churches grants and foundations through innovative and dynamic methods.
 
Responsible for developing marketing and public relation strategies for Habitat.  Duties may consist of developing and maintaining working relationships with newspapers, radio, TV channels, and all media avenues.  And may involve writing news releases; create advertising; design brochures, invitations, etc.; write articles; maintain website initiatives; and create newsletters.  All above tasks are to increase awareness and maintain positioning of a key non-profit organization in the communities.
 
Responsible for marketing, finance/accounting, fundraising, retail operations, volunteer recruiting, and general business experience of the ReStore in conjunction with the ReStore manager.
 
Responsible for finding, procuring and obtaining clear title to building sites in accordance with the goals / budgets set by the Board.  Also will assist in replanting / rezoning of lots when necessary.
 
Recruits, interviews, trains and coordinates volunteers to carry out Webster/Humboldt County Habitat For Humanity's mission in Webster/Humboldt County.
